Event Sponsor Levels

Starter: ($1,000) Includes exhibitor space, company name in HeadLights annual newsletter, one BIASC membership, one conference registration, company name on select conference materials and signage, company name in event promotional email, and company name on the event webpage.

Basic: ($2,500) Includes everything in the “Starter” package as well as an additional conference registration, logo with link in event-specific promotional email, logo on select conference-related materials and signage, event sponsor post on social media, logo with link on event webpage, opportunity to provide a promotional item for the conference attendee bag, and logo in HeadLights annual newsletter.

Advanced: ($5,000) Includes everything in the previous two packages as well as registration for up to four (4) attendees, and acknowledgment during opening remarks.

Professional: ($10,000) Includes everything previously listed as well as conference registration for up to six (6) attendee, a half-page advertisement in the conference program, a 30-second promotional video shown during the conference, and an opportunity to introduce a general session. (2 minutes).

Premium: ($15,000) Includes everything listed in Starter, Basic, Advanced, and Professional except you will receive a full-page advertisement in the conference program, a 90-second promotional video shown during the conference, and opportunities for opening remarks or lunch remarks, an opportunity to introduce keynote speaker, and volunteer opportunity for organization staff.
