Thrive Together is a supportive community that offers a safe, welcoming space to connect, heal, and grow. Every week, we bring people together for engaging activities and meaningful discussions that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. From mindfulness yoga to creative art sessions and inspiring guest speakers, there’s something for everyone.
What to Expect Each Month
1st Tuesday: Be inspired by guest speakers, including brain injury professionals and survivors sharing their personal journeys.
2nd & 4th Tuesdays: Find calm and strength in Mindfulness and Adaptive Yoga with Laura Holmes. Learn more.
3rd Tuesday: Connect with others who understand at our Peer Support Group Meeting. More support groups.
Quarterly: Tap into your creativity with painting and art classes designed for relaxation and self-expression.
