Create your own Vision Board for 2026!

A vision board is a visual snapshot of where you want your life (or a specific part of it) to go. It’s a collection of images, words, and symbols that represent your goals, values, and how you want to feel. Think of it as a gentle daily reminder to your brain: “This is what I’m moving toward.”

People use vision boards for things like healing, career goals, relationships, creativity, confidence, or simply finding more calm and joy.

The image above was created by Thrive Together, our online wellness community made up of brain injury survivors and their support networks. This image represents the vision the group shares for thriving in 2026! If you would like to make a vision board of your own; feel free to utilize the materials listed below.

Step 1: Complete the Vision Board Prompts to help you identify your core word or anchor for the year.

This guided vision board template is designed to help you intentionally reflect on what you want your life to look and feel like in the year ahead. Rather than focusing only on goals, this resource invites you to explore the energy, values, and support systems that matter most to you.

Through thoughtful prompts, you’ll be guided to choose a core word or anchor for your year and reflect across key areas of life—including emotional well-being, body and health, joy and purpose, personal growth, and healthy boundaries. The guide encourages you to translate these reflections into meaningful images, words, and affirmations that resonate with you.

Whether you prefer creating a physical collage or a digital vision board, this template offers a flexible, supportive framework you can return to and update throughout the year. Use it as a grounding tool, a source of daily inspiration, and a reminder of the life you are intentionally creating.

Step 2: Take the information from your vision board prompts and use your responses to identify and select images to compile together to make your vision board. You can use a digital platform such as Canva (http://www.canva.com) or you may choose to make a collage with posterboard at home and use pictures from magazines, articles, or family photos.

We would love to see your vision board - Please, feel free to share them with us on our Facebook and Instagram page or you may send a copy to Mike Simmons at michael@biaofsc.com and he can upload them to our social media! We hope you’re as optimistic about 2026 as we are!
